I wish it was as easy as seeing a client for one session, giving one round of recommendations, and poof - miraculous healing. However, real change takes time, and four months is the sweet spot where you can look back and truly see your transformation. My approach focuses on whole foods first with a list of foods to incorporate into your diet, lifestyle recommendations and tips, and supplement recommendations if I feel your body needs it.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?
* 90 - Minute Intake Consultation - During our first session we dive deep into your health history, current habits, nutrition, sleep and stress levels to kick start your healing journey with a personalized plan.

* Ongoing Support - We will meet for 3 additional follow-up sessions. Meetings are 60 - minutes and are scheduled every 4-6 weeks to track progress, continue to build out your health plan, and ensure you stay on the path to better health.

* Custom Meal Plan & Recipes - These are specific meal and recipe ideas designed to meet your recommendations. This helps to take the guess work out of the classic question 'what am I going to make to eat?'

* Unlimited access to email/text - have questions throughout the program? You will have unlimited access to ask questions.

It's a 'deep down get to know you' personalized plan that includes nutritional needs, lifestyle recommendations and supplements - and this is why it's so effective.

You're never alone to be stuck wondering and wishing you could ask just one more question - you'll have unlimited access via email for support on those tougher days, clarity about your program or for further adjustments.

Education
Once the program is complete, my goal is for you to feel that you have the knowledge to confidently eat foods that energize your body and live a lifestyle that feels right for you physically and mentally - without causing fatigue or burnout. You'll know when to scale up physically and when to pull back, and the best ways to let your body rest.
A DEEPER DIVE INTO THE PROGRAM
IN-DEPTH INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our first meeting with be 90 minutes to 2 hours. We will complete a comprehensive in-take session discussing your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and stressors. You will then be given the first round of recommendations for your personalized plan. You can expect to receive a list of new foods to incorporate, recipes that include these foods, detailed lifestyle tips and articles, and supplement regime with links on how to purchase (if needed).
MONTHLY MEETINGS
We will meet three additional times to follow-up on the last round of recommendations, make adjustments and continue to build on the recommendations. This is a step by step process and each recommendation will build on the initial ones. The idea is not to overwhelm, but form new lifelong habits.
PERSONALIZED MEAL PLANS
After our session, you will receive a personalized meal plan with specific recipes tailored to your individual recommendations. This takes the guesswork out of the class question 'what am I going to eat?'. It provides both inspiration and practical support to help you stay on track with your nutrition recommendations.
UNLIMITED SUPPORT
Unlimited messaging and email support will help guide you through the program. Even if it's a simple question - I still want to hear from you and ensure you feel motivated and confident with your new health habits.

Take out the guess work of where to get supplements. After our meetings I will send you a link to a Full Script page where you can order your recommended supplements - at a discount. I will also supply a list of local retailers (for BC clients) where you can purchase your supplements in person.
