A little bit about me
Hi, I'm Julie - a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and busy mom of two who knows exactly what burnout feels like...in fact, it's what inspired me to become a nutritionist.
In my early 30's I was constantly exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely disconnected from myself. It wasn't until I began studying nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and really leaned into the nutritional wisdom I was being taught, and making small lifestyle changes that everything began to shift. I discovered the healing power of real, traditional foods and how deeply they support our energy, mood, and mental clarity.

My journey led me to study Mind Body Medicine at the Centre for MBS in Vancouver, where I began applying what I learned to my own life - and slowly but surely, I started to further my healing and regain more energy and clarity in my life. Then, after becoming a mother, burnout returned - this time in the form of an autoimmune illness triggered by pregnancy and the emotional weight of navigating new motherhood.

Once again, I leaned into the tools I knew: my nutrition training, my mind-body practices - and through that, I was able to bring my body back into balance and put my illness into remission, naturally.

Now, I help other women and families do the same. My work is rooted in nourishment, ancestral wisdom, and real-life practicality (because perfection isn't the goal - feeling good is). If you're ready to feel like you again, I'm here to walk that path with you.
