hey there!

I guide individuals and families back to their natural balance through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. With a focus on whole foods, genetic insights, and mindful habits, I help you to reconnect with your body, restore energy, and feel truly like yourself again. I believe health is as unique as you are - and my approach is designed to honour that.
A little bit about me
Hi, I’m Julie — a Board-Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I’m also a busy mom of two who knows burnout intimately. In fact, it’s what led me to this work.
In my early 30s, I was constantly exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely disconnected from myself. It wasn’t until I began studying nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition—and started making small, sustainable lifestyle changes—that everything began to shift. I discovered the healing power of real, traditional foods and how deeply they support energy, mood, and mental clarity.
My journey continued with studies in Mind-Body Medicine at the Centre for MBS in Vancouver, where I began integrating these practices into my own life. Slowly but surely, my energy returned and I felt more grounded and clear than I had in years.
Then motherhood arrived—and with it, burnout returned in a new form: an autoimmune illness triggered by pregnancy and the emotional weight of navigating new motherhood.
Once again, I leaned into the tools I trusted—functional nutrition, mind-body practices, and nourishment rooted in tradition. Through this approach, I was able to bring my body back into balance and place my illness into natural remission.
Today, I help women and families do the same. I’ve continued my education with advanced training in Pediatric Nutrition and Integrative Genetics. My work is grounded in nourishment, ancestral wisdom, and real-life practicality—because perfection isn’t the goal. Feeling good is.
If you’re ready to beat the burnout, I’m here to walk that path with you.
